Stop and See God's Beauty- You Only Get One Time Around

Busy day today, but I wanted to share some of God's beauty this morning. I headed out to the laundry shed this morning, and God greeted me with a beautiful messenger. I stopped and went to grab my camera, so I could share with you. Those of you that know me well, know I'm a bug lover, anyway, but this one just seemed to say, "Good Morning! Enjoy your day. It's a gift from the Big Guy."
So, I thought I'd pass on the message to you. Take time today to see God's creativity and beauty. You won't be disappointed! You only get one shot to make this day count, so set your feet on His path and keep your eyes on the Lord.
Have a great one!

My New Table!!

Oh, I'm so excited! Gayland built me a new table for my new craftroom (that's still in the works), and I finally got it finished! It's summer and I'm ready to craft on this awesome table!
Stay tuned for some artwork to bloom!

West Texas Rehab Summer Camp

It's that time of year again when the boys are hard at work. They made an appearance at Frontier Day at Fort Concho this weekend,

and they had their big day at West Texas Rehab Day Camp today. Along the way, we met some wonderful ladies that also volunteer their time, and Rooster gave the gals a ride! Take a look!

Ladies, thank you for the time you devote to these kids! Drop me an email if you'd like me to send these to you in higher resolution.

Life is Fun!

It's time for the 2010 San Angelo Cowboy Church PlayDay Buckles Series, and we have a new age division this year - my friend, Judy, calls us the old and decrepit class! We had fun, though.

Gus did an awesome job at his first playday! He thought the whole thing was silly, but he humored me and played along. My favorite part - he's kid friendly!

You know I can't resist the little ones... I think this was a meeting of the minds!

And, there were Daredevils!

You know, it sure is nice to get together in the name of the Lord and have an all-out good time!

Just and Update for all of Ima Jean's Adopted Aunts

Summer break is here, and my To-Do List is gigantic!! However, I had to take the time to do a flash-back to last summer. Remember poor little Ima Jean when she first came to live with us?

She was so sad looking...my heart still cries when I look at the pictures of her first day here. Well, she quickly won the hearts of several of my HARTS sisters who became her adopted aunts.
Gus snapped some pictures of us working last night for his Facebook page...he's quite the popular mule on there, you know... Augustus McBray... if you want to drop in on him... surprisely he captured Ima Jean's beauty in this shot. Aunties, look what our little girl has become -
